FAQ

  • How do I order and pay?

Peruse our menus, and fill out the order form. We’ll get back to you by the end of the business day with an invoice confirming your order. We accept Paypal or cash at pick up. Orders above $100 must be paid in advance.

  • What is a residential kitchen?

A residential kitchen is just what it sounds like, our bakery is our home! This restricts some of what we can sell to non-hazardous products- basically, if it can spoil and be unsafe, we don’t make it. We have a permit from the town that follows all the rules and regulations under a residential kitchen (sometimes called Cottage Laws), including ServSafe and Allergy certifications!

  • How do I get my order?

You can pick up from us! We do offer limited delivery in East Bridgewater and surrounding towns for orders over $50 at a small fee. Let us know if this is something you need.

  • Can you ship?

If you live outside of Massachusetts, no. Because Cottage laws vary from state to state, we can’t ship outside of MA. For MA residents, it depends on what you want to order, and when. For example, a pie isn’t going to survive being shipped, but cookies and some breads will do just fine! We also don’t ship during busy times of the year the mail, as we can’t guarantee it will arrive fresh.

  • I have allergies, what is safe for me?

First, PLEASE let us know when you order if you have allergies! We want to keep you safe! We don’t use nuts in our baking -EXCEPT- during the holidays, where we have some cookies that contain peanuts and pecans. These cookies are baked on different days than anything else, on separate equipment. We always take the utmost precautions, but we also wish people to judge their safety themselves.

Daily we bake with dairy, eggs, and wheat

  • Can I order off menu?

Reach out! If it’s something we can accommodate, we will! This includes subbing for a sugar substitute (where we can) and adding an extra ingredient for a bit extra cost (like blueberries to our Lemon Pound Cake.)
